Position Summary:
JOB SUMMARY
- High School Diploma, required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a creative operations or administrative role, ideally within a creative agency or marketing department.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in project management software such as ClickUp and Ziflow\Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity and innovation
- Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, paid social media, native, streaming video, podcasts, etc.), traditional media channels (OOH, direct mail) and email marketing
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and management of creative projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. Track progress and update stakeholders on project status.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the creative team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing documentation.
• Creative Briefs: Help in the development and distribution of creative briefs, ensuring that all team members are aligned with project goals and requirements.
• Communication Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the creative team and other departments or external partners. Facilitate clear and effective communication to ensure project needs are met.
• Resource Management: Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and other external resources as needed. Oversee bandwidth of all creative team members, project plan/timelines, and deliver realistic plans to execution.
• Media Management: Manage creative assets and ensure proper organization and accessibility.
• Creative Input: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide feedback on creative concepts. Assist in the development of presentations and promotional materials.
• Quality Control: Review creative work to ensure it meets quality standards and aligns with project objectives. Provide constructive feedback to improve output.
