Float Urgent Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Stipend Pay

Position Summary:
- As a full-time float provider, you will have a set template (same days worked), floating to any of the centers in the designated North or South regions of the market.
- North: Salmon Creek, Hazel Dell, Cascade Park, Camas, Williams, Fairview, Gresham
- South: Cedar Hills, Sherwood, Lake Oswego, Oregon City, Johnson Creek, Raleigh Hills, Pearl District, West Linn
- Coverage needs may change throughout the day, which would require traveling to more than one location.
- $5/hour stipend on top of your base rate.
- Tolls and parking are eligible for reimbursement.
- Treat both pediatric and adult patient populations (all ages, 6 months old and up)
- Perform minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), and provide preliminary reads of EKGs and X-rays.
- Make diagnoses and prescribe treatments/medications.
- Collaborative work environment with the opportunity to work with a dedicated Scribe at our busier centers.
- Work in state-of-the-art centers are equipped with advanced technology, including an integrated EPIC EMR.
- Collaborate with on-site Rad Techs, Medical Assistants and Paramedics for support.

- Minimum of 1 year of fulltime experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting as a NP or PA is required
- Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (all ages) required.
- Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), and preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays required.
- Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required
- Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP)
