Lead Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Urgent Care Network in the Northwest

Position Summary:
- Manage the daily operations of Advanced Practice Clinicians at designated site(s).
- Training Responsibilities: EMR, customer service, and oversee procedures and skills training to ensure competency.
- Oversee clinical workflow coordination/staff scheduling with the provider coordinator
- Lead the implementation of special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Assists with chart review, patient quality/satisfaction initiatives and other administrative duties at the discretion of the Medical Director Urgent Care.
- Plays an active role at clinical leadership meetings and collaboratively disseminates best practices to all APP providers and staff.
- Float above the schedule, meaning you won't anchor yourself at a site. This flexibility lets you attend meetings, handle emergencies, and support centers needing administrative presence

- Physician Assistants: Master’s degree (preferred) and NCCPA Certification is required.
- Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP).
- Licensed in either Oregon & Washington state (willing to obtain both state licensures upon hire)
- A minimum of 2 year recent experience as a NP or PA in Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care, treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (all ages 6 months and up).
- Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays.
- Prior administrative or leadership responsibilities preferred
