The Onboarding Coordinator assists in supporting their respective market(s) and training specialists by coordination of different initiatives such as Fit Testing, Basic Life Support, Annual Competency Evaluation, Welcome Shifts, Quarterly Refreshers, etc. The Onboarding Coordinator also builds, coordinates, manages, and maintains the schedules for new hire training. They will complete 30, 60, 90-day check-ins and report findings back to the Market Training Specialists and their respective Lead Training Specialists.  As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will establish relationships to gain knowledge of preferences, skills, and abilities, use judgement to achieve learning scheduled coverage needs for the market. You will manage the training scheduling system and provide verifications of training hours with operations/payroll. In addition, the scheduler would assist in other training coordination duties for the market.

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Work Experience            

  • 1+ years of operational staff scheduling experience.
  • Scheduling experience in a medical environment preferred.

Required Licenses/Certifications

  • Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
  • Scheduling and/or payroll system knowledge
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite products, including Microsoft Excel is required
  • Proficiency in scheduling software (Qgenda)
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication skills

Hybrid opportunity with in-office days required.
