As an integral member of our team the Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of mission-critical enterprise business intelligence dashboards and reports. Working with cross-functional teams, you will participate to gather and document reporting requirements to meet business needs. Using your skills and experience as a BI Analyst, you will then use those requirements to design, develop, test, and build reports and dashboards in Tableau drawing on data from our data warehouse.   
   
JOB REQUIREMENTS

This pivotal role demands a visionary thinker who not only thrives in dynamic environments but is also dedicated to delivering actionable insights that propel business growth and success. The ideal candidate will assume ownership of critical projects, foster seamless collaboration across multifunctional teams, and leverage their expertise in data visualization and programming languages to unearth invaluable insights.   
   
Key Responsibilities:   
   
1. Spearhead the analysis of intricate business challenges, employing data and analytics to unearth opportunities for enhancement and innovation.   
2. Take full ownership of pivotal initiatives from conceptualization to execution, closely collaborating with stakeholders to define objectives, gather requirements, and devise solutions.   
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requisites into technical specifications and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic imperatives.   
4. Harness advanced programming languages like SQL, Python, R, and others to extract, transform, and scrutinize data from diverse sources.   
5. Develop and sustain interactive data visualizations and dashboards utilizing cutting-edge tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc., to effectively convey insights and steer informed decision-making.   
6. Cultivate a culture of diversity of thought and accountability within the team, fostering open dialogue, collaboration, and continuous learning.   
7. Propel innovation by exploring novel technologies, methodologies, and best practices to amplify analytical capabilities and drive business outcomes.   
8. Offer mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, nurturing their professional growth and development.   
9. Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of data by implementing robust governance practices and adhering to industry standards and regulations.   
   
Qualifications:   
   
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field; Master's degree is preferred.   
· 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a cognate role, showcasing a penchant for critical thinking, problem-solving, and driving business outcomes.   
· Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, etc., coupled with a knack for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.   
· Sound knowledge of data visualization tools and methodologies, with hands-on experience in crafting interactive dashboards and reports.   
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with stakeholders at all echelons of the organization.   
· Proven leadership acumen, evidenced by a track record of assuming ownership of projects and shepherding them to fruition.   
· A steadfast commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment, underscored by a focus on nurturing diversity of thought and fostering accountability.   
· Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adept at adapting to evolving priorities and requirements.   
· Relevant certifications such as Tableau Desktop Specialist, Microsoft Certified: Power BI, etc., are advantageous.
