Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Weekend Warrior or Extended Hours

Position Summary:
WEEKEND DAYS ONLY OR EXTENDED HOURS (Swing Shifts)
Experienced Urgent Care Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners
We have several benefited schedule options to choose from.
- Certain locations will be extending hours to midnight. A "Swingturnist" will include hours from 8 p.m. to midnight.
- A full time Swingturnist would receive an additional $15K a year, prorated for FTE. You would also be able to pick up any additional shifts at a premium rate.
- A weekend provider is defined as: APC that works exclusively weekends, defined as:
- Weekend – 24 clinical hours on a Saturday and Sunday
- Extended Weekend – same as above, plus balance of clinical hours (8 or 12 hours) on a Monday. The weekend will be defined as Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

- Minimum of 1 year recent full time experience in urgent care or emergency medicine
- Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required.
- Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and ANCC or AANP Certification is required
- State licensure in DE and/or MD
- Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs, X-rays and seeing all ages.
