Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care Opens First Center in South Alexandria

ALEXANDRIA, VA (February 1, 2024) – Residents of South Alexandria and surrounding areas now have greater access to urgent care that’s also seamlessly connected to Inova’s robust health system.

A new Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care opened today, bringing affordable, convenient care to people who live, work and play in and around Alexandria. The new South Alex center is located at 6218-B North Kings Hwy, in the South Alex mixed-use development facing Richmond Highway and North Kings Highway, near Aldi. The new center features an award-winning center design. Bold colors, warm wood accents and an open floor plan foster a comfortable patient experience.

The South Alex center treats common health concerns for adults and children six months and older, including COVID-19, flu, fever, asthma, allergies, minor cuts, burns, pink eye, urinary tract infections, fractures, sprains, strains and more. The centers are open 365 days a year, including holidays. The South Alex center is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., on weekends.
