GoHealth Names Jennifer Sprague Vice President of Strategic Operations 

Jennifer Sprague was named GoHealth’s vice president of strategic operations, leading key initiatives with system partners and driving business growth. She also leads business development and operations in behavioral health and primary care services. 

Sprague’s appointment fuels continued growth at GoHealth as it plans to open its 300th center in 2024, its 10th year. She has served in director roles at GoHealth, collaborating with partners to advance value-based care initiatives and partnering with operations leaders to evaluate, develop and implement related initiatives and programs. 

Sprague has 15 years of health-systems experience and led population health solutions at Philips Healthcare. At national post-acute care provider groups, she oversaw revenue strategy and built behavioral health, care management and specialty service lines.  

She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Auburn University and a Master of Public Health from Emory University. She lives in Atlanta with her husband and son.
