GoHealth Urgent Care appoints Lauren Murphy as Vice President of talent acquisition

GoHealth Urgent Care has appointed Lauren Murphy as vice president of talent acquisition. In her new role, Murphy will oversee all hiring for GoHealth, including recruitment for center staff and support teams, and support GoHealth’s health system partners in recruitment of providers.

With a deep expertise in talent acquisition, Murphy uses data-driven strategies to ensure high-quality hiring. She joined GoHealth after serving as the assistant vice president for MultiCare Health System, where she oversaw hiring across nine hospitals and more than 230 clinics in the Pacific Northwest. Murphy has also worked at Amazon and Amazon Web Services, where she managed recruitment across global tech and regional warehousing roles, covering over 35 locations. Her healthcare roots include previous experience at HCA Healthcare, adding to her expertise in healthcare recruitment.

Beyond her career, Murphy is passionate about the outdoors. She currently resides in the Pacific Northwest with her husband and two children.
