Memorial Hermann-GoHealth Urgent Care Continues Expansion in Harris County
A new center will expand access to high-quality, affordable care seven days a week
Memorial Hermann-GoHealth Urgent Care opened a new center in Cypress today, bringing affordable, convenient care to the community. The new center, Cypress Market, is conveniently located in the Cypress Marketplace at 24330 U.S. 290, Suite 200, between H-E-B and At Home.
The new location is the second Memorial Hermann-GoHealth center serving the Cypress community. The first Cypress center, Rock Creek, opened last year at 14119 Grant Rd., Suite 210, about five miles north of Cypress Market.
“Injuries and illnesses happen. And we are here to help, closer to where people live, work and play,” said Peter Dagher, Memorial Hermann-GoHealth vice president of operations. “By opening a second location in Cypress, we aim to enhance the healthcare experience for the local community, while continuing our commitment to deliver affordable, seamless care.”
Memorial Hermann-GoHealth now has 32 centers across the Greater Houston area. This includes another new center that opened today in Manvel. Additionally, centers in Katy and Conroe are expected to open in the coming months.
About the Cypress Market location
The Cypress Market center offers patients ages 6 months and older a wide array of services for non-life-threatening conditions, on-site X-ray services, COVID-19 testing and treatment, and more. The center is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. In addition to treating non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, the center offers flu vaccines as well as sports physicals for kids.
The new location features GoHealth’s innovative, award-winning design. Wood accents, curved surfaces and patient-friendly technology create a uniquely comfortable environment. And thanks to conveniently positioned monitors, patients can follow along as providers update their charts.
Seamless convenience and connected care
The new center provides the community with a more affordable option for high-quality and efficient care outside of higher-cost settings such as emergency rooms. It also provides a direct connection to Memorial Hermann’s robust network of care, which regularly earns regional and national recognition for excellence in quality, safety, research and innovation. Integrated electronic medical records allow for connected care across the Memorial Hermann network.
Patients can walk into any Memorial Hermann-GoHealth center or use Memorial Hermann-GoHealth’s online “save-a-spot” tool, which allows patients to save time by securing their spot in line, checking in and completing registration before arriving.
