Novant Health-GoHealth Urgent Care Opens 11th Center in Charlotte
New center increases Charlotte’s access to affordable, on-demand care
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (August 12, 2024)—Novant Health-GoHealth Urgent Care expands on-demand healthcare in Charlotte today with the opening of its 11th center in the city.
The new location at 8036 Providence Road, Suite 100, in The Arboretum Shopping Center in Charlotte, is near Harris Teeter and Walmart. The opening marks the 31st center in the Novant Health-GoHealth network, which includes locations in Asheville, the Charlotte Metropolitan area and the Triad.

About the Arboretum location
The new Arboretum location offers treatment for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, on-site X-ray services and upper respiratory infection testing for viruses including COVID-19, RSV and the flu. Healthcare providers at Novant Health-GoHealth can prescribe and fill COVID-19 oral antiviral treatments, if clinically indicated after evaluation. In addition to treating non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, the centers offer sports physicals for kids. The center serves the community from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day.
